Europahütte - Zermatt
Right after the Europa hütte, one can either go to the Domhütte, or descend to Randa. Approximately halfway of the stage it is possible to make a detour to the Täschhütte (approx. 1h30) from which there is a superb panorama which invites us to make a stop.
From the Springelboden, there is a magnificient view, dominated by the summit of the Zinalrothorn and his glacier. In Täschalp, one can eat and spend the night at the Europahütte. From the idyllic hamlet of Tuftern one has a magnificient blink over the Gornergrat, the Zermatt and its colossal Cervin.
We arrive in Zermatt, where cars are forbidden, by a trail surrounded by larches. This is the end of a magnificiant course, interesting and varied, the Monte Rose Tour.
Surely, Zermatt offers even more nicely arranged trails and lookout points easilly accessible thanks to the ropeways.
